Manufacturing Quality Assurance Engineer

Manufacturing Quality Assurance Engineer: Responsible for identifying and reducing quality risks through continuous improvement, root cause analysis, preventive actions, and quality system compliance.
Key Responsibilities

• Ensure products meet customer and regulatory requirements.
• Drive quality improvement initiatives.
• Monitor manufacturing quality performance.
• Lead corrective and preventive actions.
• Conduct audits and maintain compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Engineering or related technical discipline. 1-3 years in manufacturing, quality assurance, or process improvement.
• Required Competencies: Customer Focus, Continuous Improvement, Communication, Collaboration, Root Cause Analysis, Quality Systems, Process Auditing, FMEA.
