The department provides support worldwide to the Organizations all along the value chain from exploration through site development to production. What role you will play in our team The Full Stack Software Developer – Advanced is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining both frontend and backend components of modern applications, while contributing to the overall reliability and scalability of the hosting environments. Frontend development focuses on creating intuitive, responsive, and accessible user experiences. Backend development involves building and maintaining server-side logic, integrating application components, and exposing data through APIs. This role also includes working with cloud platforms to support application deployment and operations. As an Advanced Full Stack Developer, you will play a key role in leading technical decisions for complex applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving best practices in software development, DevOps, and cloud adoption. For more information, follow us on Instagram (@ExxonMobil_BA_GBC) and visit https://corporate.exxonmobil.com/Locations/Argentina What you will do • Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications (frontend and backend) • Build responsive and user-friendly web interfaces • Develop and maintain backend services and APIs • Contribute to application architecture and technical design decisions • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions • Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement practices • Support deployment processes and application lifecycle in cloud environments • Troubleshoot issues and improve performance, scalability, and reliability About You Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (must be graduated) • 3+ years of experience in software development roles • Experience developing applications using .NET / C# • Experience deploying and operating applications in cloud environments (Azure, AWS) • Experience with modern JavaScript and at least one frontend framework (React, Angular, Vue) • Experience designing and consuming APIs • Experience working with SQL and/or NoSQL databases • Familiarity with version control and CI/CD practices (e.g., Git, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps) • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills • Basic understanding of testing practices (unit testing, etc.) • Experience working in Agile environments • Good English communication skills (written and spoken) Nice to have: • Familiarity with DevOps practices and automation • Experience with application architecture patterns (microservices, event-driven, etc.) • Experience optimizing performance and scalability of applications • Exposure to containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) • Experience acting as technical lead or mentoring others The level and seniority for this position will be determined based on the candidate’s experience and skills.
