- Regional Growth: Achieve and exceed regional sales targets and budgets across Southeast Asia (SEA) and broader APAC project pipelines.
- Demand Creation: Drive early-stage project engagement to lock in technical specifications with project owners, developers, and consultants.
- Pipeline & Tender Execution: Identify and qualify major project opportunities, leading complex tender processes and solution-based project selling across multiple product lines.
- Technical & Project Solutions
- System Specification: Prepare tailored system and solution proposals (piping systems, HDPE/PVC, drainage systems, MEP solutions) to support owner estimates and project design requirements.
- Technical Consultation: Act as the subject matter expert on site and during design phases, providing technical guidance to infrastructure, building, and industrial project teams.
- Market Education: Develop and deliver technical training modules for regional distributors, engineering consultants, and tier-1 contractors.
- Program Oversight: Coordinate workshops, product education, and technical seminars while managing the associated training budget and resources.
- Stakeholder Management & Channel Leadership
- Network Building: Foster deep, long-term relationships with key regional project stakeholders: MEP consultants, contractors, Quantity Surveyors (QS), and developers.
- Distributor & Channel Management: Direct contractor engagement strategies and oversee regional channel partners and distributors to expand market reach.
- Cross-Functional Synergy: Partner closely with internal Product Management, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to ensure seamless project delivery and order fulfillment.
- Sales Intelligence: Utilize CRM platforms (Salesforce or equivalent) for accurate sales forecasting, pipeline tracking, and market intelligence reporting.
