- Supervise and monitor all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) installation activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, technical specifications, and project requirements.
- Review MEP shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and technical documentation submitted by contractors.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor installation quality, identify technical issues, and ensure compliance with engineering standards.
- Oversee critical data centre MEP systems, including HVAC, cooling systems, UPS, generators, transformers, electrical distribution, fire protection, and plumbing.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, clients, and other project stakeholders to resolve technical issues and ensure proper MEP integration.
- Monitor construction progress, quality control, and contractors' compliance with project specifications and schedules.
- Review inspection requests, technical queries, RFIs, and non-conformance reports (NCRs), and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
- Participate in MEP testing, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and Integrated Systems Testing (IST).
- Prepare regular site inspection reports, technical progress reports, and other project documentation.
- Ensure all MEP works comply with applicable engineering standards, local regulations, and project HSE requirements.
