Job Title: 24039 - Supply Chain Coordinator Duration: ASAP - 31 Jul 2027 Schedule: 5 days' work per week, 8 hours per day excluding 1 hour lunch break Location: Qidong, China (Shipyard based - COSCO) Open to China local candidates only (Chinese nationality is required) This opportunity is suited to a supply chain professional who can support procurement, delivery coordination, and inventory control within a project-based environment. The role will work closely with vendors, logistics teams, and project management stakeholders to help maintain material availability, reduce disruption, and support efficient on-site operations. This position offers exposure to project procurement, vendor management, logistics coordination, and supply chain process improvement within the energy sector. Required Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field Required Experience: 3–5 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics Experience within the oil and gas or energy sectors Proven experience with on-site or project-based supply chain operations Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams, including project management, logistics, and vendor partners Required Skills: Project procurement strategy and management Strategic sourcing and vendor management Contract management and negotiation Commercial analytics and reporting Purchasing tools and processes Product costing Inventory tracking and material coordination Strong problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, high-stakes setting Knowledge of regulatory compliance, safety standards, and quality assurance in the oil and gas industry Ability to maintain accurate procurement records, delivery logs, and inventory reports About Airswift: Airswift is an international workforce solutions provider within the energy, process and infrastructure industries.
