Projects Manager

Lead the Area Managers as a single, integrated delivery team Set clear priorities and accountabilities across all Areas Proactively resolve interfaces and competing priorities before they impact cost or schedule Develop the team as the project transitions into construction Coordinate the Owner's interests across all Areas Represent the Owner at key EPCM control and progress meetings Hold the EPCM contractor to account against contract KPIs Work with Area Managers and the Project Controls Manager to oversee EPCM cost control and forecasting Monitor and drive schedule performance across all Areas Drive early identification and mitigation of execution and interface risks Partner with the Engineering Manager to endorse key design deliverables across the Areas Ensure design deliverables meet Owner standards for operability, maintainability and lifecycle performance Construction, Commissioning & Operations Readiness Oversee construction execution through the Area Managers Ensure the business is ready to run the plant at handover Provide Owner assurance that Area Managers and the EPCM contractor are delivering safely
