Senior Hse Advisor Systems And Assurance

The role will focus on strengthening integrated safety and environmental management systems, improving assurance processes and supporting the development of field-based HSE personnel.
The Role Working closely with operational teams, project stakeholders and field-based HSE Advisors, your responsibilities will include:
Supporting the implementation and continuous improvement of HSE Management Systems and ISO 14001-certified Environmental Management Systems.
Developing and implementing integrated safety and environmental assurance programs across operational and project assets.
Conducting risk-based field inspections, audits and assurance activities to assess compliance and control effectiveness.
Identifying opportunities to improve safety and environmental risk management practices.
Providing technical guidance on environmental compliance, regulatory obligations and relevant legislation.
Coaching and mentoring field-based HSE Advisors to strengthen technical capability and improve consistency across sites.
Developing standardised work instructions, assurance tools and reporting processes.
Reviewing risk registers, supporting risk assessments and identifying opportunities for proactive risk mitigation.
Analysing HSE performance data and assurance findings to support continuous improvement.
Collaborating with operational leaders and stakeholders to strengthen safety and environmental performance.
