Finance Manager Projects

Establish and improve the Owner's project finance systems, processes and controls.
Lead project budgeting, forecasting and management reporting, giving delivery leaders clear insight into costs, commitments, cash flow and emerging risks.
Work with Project Controls and Commercial to review EPCM cost reports, forecasts, commitments, payment applications and claims.
Provide owner-side payment assurance, checking supporting evidence and alignment with scope, progress, quality and contractual requirements.
Coordinate project inputs to lender and equity models, cash-flow forecasts, drawdowns and lender reporting, in partnership with the corporate Finance team.
Support compliance with complex funding obligations, lender deliverables and environmental, social and governance requirements.
Deliver commercial analysis and scenario modelling to inform project and business decisions.
Partner with the CFO and corporate Finance team on group reporting, governance and compliance.
Support commissioning and handover, including capitalisation and the development of operating cost structures.
