Senior Mine Geologist Underground

Provide senior geological support within an underground gold mining operation Manage underground grade control activities, including face mapping, sampling and geological interpretation Support development and production activities through accurate geological information and recommendations Design and manage underground drilling programs, including diamond drilling and resource definition activities Maintain and improve geological models, databases and reporting processes Complete reconciliation activities and identify opportunities to improve ore recovery and minimise dilution Collaborate with Mining, Planning and Technical Services teams to optimise underground mining performance Provide geological guidance during development and stoping activities Mentor junior geologists and support the development of geology technicians Promote strong safety standards and continuous improvement across geological practices
