Contracts Manager

Oversee project contracting and procurement activities Develop and implement contracting and procurement strategies Manage tender processes including EOIs, RFQs, evaluations and negotiations Manage contract lifecycle activities, including variations, claims and close-out Monitor supplier performance ad contractual compliance Provide commercial advice and support project decision-making Review and endorse contracting and procurement processes Support governance, assurance and audit readiness requirements Build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders Coach and support team capability development Identify opportunities for standardisation and cost optimisation Support continuous improvement of contracting and procurement practices
