Site Supervisor

Supervise site operations across civil projects. Coordinate direct labour, subcontractors and plant resources. Ensure works are completed safely, on schedule and within budget. Monitor project quality and ensure compliance with specifications. Conduct pre starts, toolbox talks and site inspections. Liaise with Project Managers, engineers, clients and suppliers. Maintain site documentation and daily reports.
