Manufacturing Test Engineer

Troubleshoot product and test-station issues and support production problem-solving.
Maintain, calibrate, and ensure the accuracy and reliability of test equipment.
Develop, improve, and document manufacturing test procedures.
Design, build, and document custom test fixtures, interface circuits, and test racks.
Evaluate and procure test equipment for production-line implementation.
Gather test requirements, review test standards, and develop test plans and procedures.
Analyze production test data and prepare technical reports.
Conduct weekly/monthly FPY and RTY reviews, analyze yield performance, and drive continuous improvement.
Review and approve Gauge R&R and MSA plans, including variable and attribute measurement studies.
Collaborate closely with Engineering and Production teams to resolve product and manufacturing issues.
