Manufacturing Test Engineer

Troubleshoot product and test-station issues and support production problem-solving. Maintain, calibrate, and ensure the accuracy and reliability of test equipment. Develop, improve, and document manufacturing test procedures. Design, build, and document custom test fixtures, interface circuits, and test racks . Evaluate and procure test equipment for production-line implementation. Gather test requirements, review test standards, and develop test plans and procedures. Analyze production test data and prepare technical reports. Conduct weekly/monthly FPY and RTY reviews , analyze yield performance, and drive continuous improvement. Review and approve Gauge R&R and MSA plans , including variable and attribute measurement studies. Collaborate closely with Engineering and Production teams to resolve product and manufacturing issues.
