Hse Advisor

As HSE Advisor, you will provide hands-on safety support across the project and help ensure work is completed in accordance with company procedures, client requirements, legislation and relevant industry standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing practical HSE advice and support to project personnel and contractors Supporting safe delivery of civil and earthworks activities Monitoring compliance with HSE legislation, procedures and industry standards Assisting with work-area planning, scheduling and HSE program activities Conducting audits, inspections and assurance activities Supporting Integrated Management Systems across safety, quality and environment Engaging with supervisors and workforce personnel to resolve HSE issues Promoting positive safety behaviours and continuous improvement across the project
