Principal Advisor Cost

Manage a team of Cost Controllers and support continuous improvement initiatives Lead forecasting and progress reporting of project costs, commitments and expenditure Liaise with stakeholders to support package forecasting activities Facilitate Project Change Management processes Review cost data and provide trend analysis and recommendations Support proposal, bid and claim evaluations with the Contracts team Prepare estimates to assess scenario options Build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders Work with Construction Contractors to support cost and schedule forecasting Possible requirement to travel to the project site from time to time
