Supervisor

We're working with a well-established civil contractor delivering a strong pipeline of projects across Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast. With continued growth and several active projects underway, we're looking for an experienced Civil Supervisor to take ownership of day-to-day site delivery and lead crews to successful project outcomes.
This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who enjoys being on site, driving productivity, maintaining high safety standards, and building strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project teams.
Salary circa $150,000 + Super (negotiable based on experience)

Supervising daily site operations and coordinating crews, subcontractors, and plant Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, and to specification Running pre-starts, toolbox talks, and maintaining strong safety compliance Monitoring productivity, quality, and project milestones Managing site documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communication Working closely with Project Managers, Engineers, clients, and suppliers to achieve successful project outcomes
