Manufacturing And Quality Engineering Manager

Responsibilities Establish and maintain standard manufacturing processes, including routings, standard hours, and process flow Drive capacity planning, line balancing, and throughput improvement aligned with demand Lead daily issue resolution on the production floor with clear ownership and escalation Eliminate bottlenecks and improve labor efficiency, schedule adherence, and overall execution Own and enforce the Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with all internal and external requirements Drive built‑in quality with a focus on defect prevention rather than inspection Lead corrective action processes, including root cause analysis, containment, and verified closure Reduce cost of quality, including scrap, rework, warranty, and customer issues Lead, develop, and mentor manufacturing engineering and quality teams Maintain strong floor presence and partner closely with operations leadership Ensure alignment between engineering, production, supply chain, and commercial teams Support S&OP through capacity, capability, and execution readiness
