Senior Estimator

Lead the estimating process across volume residential projects from initial pricing through to tender submission. Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates, budgets and detailed take-offs. Review plans, specifications, scopes and documentation to identify project requirements and potential risks. Obtain, assess and negotiate pricing from subcontractors and suppliers. Develop and maintain accurate trade and supplier cost databases. Analyse project costs and identify opportunities for value engineering and cost savings. Work closely with Project Managers, Construction Managers and internal teams to ensure accurate project handover. Manage multiple tenders and deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
